Emmanuel Chukwuma Eze
Founding Partner
Emmanuel is a Founding Partner at Templex & Kim LP. He is a graduate of law from the prestigious University of Nigeria and the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus.
Emmanuel is a seasoned and dynamic legal practitioner, litigator, and astute negotiator, bringing nearly a decade of versatile hands-on experience to the resolution of complex civil, corporate-commercial disputes. He acts for and represents various clients, including high-net-worth individuals, corporate organisations, startups, venture capital firms, and government institutions in complex legal matters across Nigeria.
Emmanuel’s legal practice is defined by a unique blend of strategic insights, meticulous preparation, and steady, practical advocacy; a combination of qualities that provide clients with clarity, reassurance and results. He is a result-oriented practitioner and in his debt recovery, insolvency and business restructuring practice has helped business entities to recover multi-million Naira debts.
Outside his legal practice, Emmanuel is deeply interested in writing, public speaking and a great lover/enthusiast of the round-leather game. He is a staunch supporter of the Arsenal Football Club – a proud gooner!

Chinelo Kimberly Ilorah
Managing Partner | Founding Partner
Chinelo is the Managing Partner and a Founding Partner at Templex & Kim LP. She is a graduate of law from Obafemi Awolowo University, where she ranked 3rd in her graduating class and was the highest-ranking female student of her set, and the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus.
She is a corporate and commercial lawyer with a core practice focus on governance, compliance, transactional advisory, and startup and business structuring. Her work spans advisory support to individuals and businesses across Nigeria and the diaspora, particularly in relation to business formation, commercial contracts, company secretarial advisory, data protection and privacy, intellectual property protection, regulatory compliance, tax advisory, and arbitration. She also handles personal legal matters including family and probate law and immigration law. Across these engagements, her practice is anchored on structured legal reasoning, careful transactional design, risk-sensitive advisory judgment, and commercially grounded legal analysis, with a focus on delivering commercially effective, sustainable outcomes for clients.
Beyond law, Chinelo delights in sudoku and scrabble, swims occasionally, and is a budding chess enthusiast. She takes pleasure in robust intellectual discussions and has a strong preference for classical music and reading.
